What is copyright ?

Copyright is a legal term it is use for creators and authors has the rights to their works and no one is allowed to use it without their consent because would be illegal.

Why does copyright law exist?

Copyright laws exist for people created dramas and books and movies the rights to have they work exclusive because they are the one’s who created.

What kind of work is covered by copyright?

copyright covers variety stuff in it’s intellectual property like literature , movies , games , music.

What might happen if you were to use copyrighted material in your film?

if you were to use copyrighted material in your film , you will end up in court with the creator or the author and you will have to pay for the damages because you did not ask for permission.

How can you make sure not infringe copyright law in your film?

Make sure you have the permission from the creator or the author.

Make sure you research and understand the legal rights of using any type of media or literacy works in your countries respectively.

There is no copyright problems in the making of the short film that was involved it was all completely originally.

Copyright is in important for a film because who ever makes the film is usually the Director or producer that means they own rights to the movie so no is allowed to make money of it because they don’t own the film, example like downloading the film or recording by phone.
