Third day at BFI FILM ACADEMY

We saw a green screen which was awesome. So met Daren Eagles teaches us about cinematography I learn about different shots like long shot, medium shot, and so on colours in film and what colour would be appropriate for a particular.

So we met Jen who told us about the opportunities after the BFI Film Academy so we watch a trailer about BFI Film residential and shows visual effects, sound, animation and looked amazing.

So went and met up with Rob teaches about camera and all the different functions and settings what should do and also be careful with them.

So everybody was spilt into separate team to make little film.

So the group I was in consist of me and Abbie and Tom , Nora ,so at first we thought what should we do Nora ask me I wanted to be in the film and I wasn’t sure but we needed another person so went downstairs and find someone to be part of our team so we did and Dakota join in. We went to the 5th floor and decided what are we gonna do in the film so Nora asked does anyone have something ,so I checked in my coat pocket and i pulled my wallet so we decided that wallet our primary focus .

So we talked about having dialogue in the film and we decided that should be weird and so acted as a strange person who acts emotionless looking at a badge (BFI BADGE) and noticing someone with a BFI Badge as well, and telling him to deliver this badge to his colleague.

So we recorded and had retakes which was funny and during that time , I got myself trap in the elevator so that was fun Lol.

So after that we continue to record and after that we went back to the room and watch other groups films

So we learn about sound and how important it is on a film and after that we continue filming our shorts but this time with dialogue and the sound.

and after that we finished , we talked about ideas for our short film.
